Description

Contractors entering new into the EPC projects or not having Design engineering resources, sometimes need assistance from a Consultant for collection of budgetary offers from various suppliers of EHV Switchyard or Indoor substation equipment and prepare the pricing of the EPC project. Satcon assists these contractors by providing following Prebid services : - Issuing enquiries to reputed manufacturers of EHV electrical equipment. - Expediting and collection of budgetary offers. - Issuing clarifications to suppliers to enable them to submit offer with correct scope of work. - Assist the EPC bidder to calculate the overall price of the bid. - Technical evaluation of the offers and issuing comments to the suppliers. - Prebid engineering for the 'LOT / SET' items of the Project BOQ and assistance for pricing of these items. - Prepare SLD and Switchyard layout plan & elevation drawing.
