Description

Powerline carrier communication is an integral part of an EHV substation to convey the substation data and signals to remote control center or remote substation to effect protection communication and remote monitoring of the substation. The system comprises of wave trap, coupling device, capacitive divider, coaxial cables, PLCC cabinet (Data + Voice), PLCC modem and SCADA system interface.
