Data centers are being installed all over the world for storage of digital and analogue data and information. Advent of AI and tremendous increase in usage of it has necessitated the requirement of more data centers. The power to the data centers are fed from the grid as normal source of power. Since the data centers demand very high amount of power, these are normally fed at extra high voltage at 138kV or 230kV or 345kV or 380kV through transmission lines and air insulated or gas insulted substations.
SATCON has the expertise and prior experience to design, engineer and supervise the construction of such transmission lines and main receiving substations in USA. SATCON has the knowhow and American codes & standards as required for the design and drawings. SATCON can also assist in procurement assistance by identifying suitable equipment suppliers, negotiating the technical proposal with them and assist placing order on them. SATCON’s services shall also include vendor drawing review and approval.
If required SATCON will post sir. Engineer at site for the supervision of the construction, testing and commissioning.
